Booking Childcare
If you would like to use KIDACTIVE for your childcare you need to register an account with us. You will be required to upload yours and your child's personal information. You are responsible to keep your information up to date and to notify us of any changes. This is important.
Child's Age/School Year
Children must be in school. We accept children between Reception and Y6.
Children starting school Sep/25
We do not accept preschool children during our normal academic year. For our summer club (2025) we may open out to children starting in September/25, however, please do not book unless we have stated this on our booking platform.

Refer a new child to our Holiday Club and receive a £10 credit to use for your future holiday booking. T&C's apply.
Holiday Club
You can drop and collect at any times between 8.15am and 6.15pm. The gate is open and supervised between 8:15am-9am and again from 5:15pm onward. Outside these times the gate remains locked and you need to ring the ground bell. We will likely get your child before opening the gate.
Child personal info
A child centred approach means keeping the child in focus when making decisions about their lives and working in partnership with them and their families.
It is important that you share with us relevant information that allows us to support your child whilst in our care.
Information can be uploaded to your account, however, it is encouraged that you speak directly with the Manager who will raise a call back to discuss further.
Prescribed medication
If your child is on a prescription medication or may require us to administer in care at our holiday club contact us (prior to childcare) and we will send you the relevant form to complete (online).
All medications and care plans must be handed to the site manager on arrival.
Additional needs
If your child has an additional need that we need to be aware of contact us before you make a childcare booking so that it can be discussed over the phone.
