Adult free zone

We ask that adults dropping and collecting refrain from entering our site past the drop off zone, by the gate, as it means we can keep the site for children to freely move around. Thank you for your understanding.

Personal child information

It is important that you share with us relevant information about your child whilst in our care. Information can be uploaded to your account, however also contact us in advance of childcare so that a call can be arranged to discuss further.

FAQ image

Parking

We do not have onsite parking therefore please park in the community. You can park in Wharton Rd, St Leonards Rd and the short stay parking at the Coop.

Food and drink

Children need sufficient healthy snacks and packed lunch as they will be active. We refuel their water bottles as required. We can not reheat and please avoid nuts (allergies).

Clothes and footwear

Children need clothing that is comfortable but also light as they will be running around, climbing and using arts and crafts.

It is advisable to pack spare lower items in case they need to change during the day e.g. toilet incident.

Footwear needs to be secure.

Outdoor attire

Dress for the seasons. Please label items as it's easier to find.

Collecting / safely

If the person collecting is unknown to our staff make us aware at drop off and we will agree a password.

Mobile phone / electronic devices

Children are not allowed to bring or use mobile phones. If a child arrives with a mobile phone please notify the gate-staff on arrival who will take the device and place in the staff room until end of day.

Electronic game-consoles are not allowed therefore leave them at home. We can not be held liable for any damage caused to any devices brought onsite.

Bike shed

Children can leave their bike or scooter safely in our onsite area. They do not need to lock them. They can not use them onsite during the day.

Prescription medication(s)

If your child is on a prescription medication or may require us to administer in care e.g. allergy submit the relevant form under Parent Hub and email us to make aware.

[email protected]

If your child has a care plan hand it to the site manager along with medication on arrival.
