Adult free zone
We ask that adults dropping and collecting refrain from entering our site past the drop off zone, by the gate, as it means we can keep the site for children to freely move around. Thank you for your understanding.
If your child is on a prescription medication or may require us to administer in care e.g. allergy make us aware in advance of childcare.
If your child has a care plan hand it to the site manager along with medication on arrival.
We can not administer non prescription medications e.g. Calpol.
It is important that you share with us relevant information about your child whilst in our care.
Information can be uploaded to your account, however also contact us in advance of childcare so that a call can be arranged to discuss further.
We do not apply sunscreen to children therefore we advise that you do this prior to arrival. If you are sending them with extra please send a roll-on rather than squeezy bottle (messy).
If your child will not be attending a booked session please let us know.
Children can leave their bike or scooter safely in our onsite area. They do not need to lock them. They can not use them onsite during the day.
Children are not allowed to bring or use mobile phones. If a child arrives with a mobile phone please notify the gate-staff on arrival who will take the device and place in the staff room until end of day.
Electronic game-consoles are not allowed therefore leave them at home. We can not be held liable for any damage caused to any devices brought onsite.
We are friendly with a wealth of childcare experience both in early years, primary schools and out of school clubs. We focus on making every child feel part of our clubs so that they feel safe and happy in their environment.
Club Overview
Gate is open and supervised.
Children arrive and place their belongings in our club house. Weather dependent they spend their first session outdoors free playing. Music is in background creating a relaxed vibe.
This is a mixed session and a great way to actively start the day and help children settle with ease.
Children are grouped into their squads for their site activities.
Junior (reception and year 1)
Senior (Years 2 and 3)
Master (years 4+)
We operate over multiple indoor zones and an outdoor playground.
Squads move around the site every hour with each zone offering activities i.e. arts and crafts, toys and board games and in/out active play.
When in a zone children have freedom to choose. Each zone offers indoor and outdoor play.
5:00-6:15 pm
This is a mixed session and children have freedom to play both indoors and outdoors.
