This is a drop and go child-service.
Booking and Terms
PAYMENT
Cash at venue between 4-6pm (M-F) or BACS
You will be invoiced once the session is full. Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. If payment is delayed we may cancel your booking as places are limited.
REFUND POLICY
If you cancel (after payment) and we can fill your space you will be refunded. Refunds do not apply to a session no show.

We are happy to run an event in your Oxford area. If you know of a suitable venue please get in touch.

What We Offer
We run school holidays, weekend events and birthday parties. We provide venue, kit, staff and food!
Games are projected onto 60 inch screens and walls to give a wow factor gaming experience!

Children access games in groups of up to 4 and move around the room playing a selection of popular games. We do not game online.
Our Game Hub
Our Hubs at Quarry Pavilion and St Andrews Primary school provide the perfect environments each boasting a games room, coat room, toilets and kitchen (for staff).
Food
Children receive a hot dog, crisps and fluids during gaming session.
Our Staff
Staff are childcare qualified and experienced, DBS cleared, Safeguarding, First aid and Food hygiene certified.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
If your child is a gamer this is the perfect party. Sit back and let us run the show. All inclusive!!!

NOTE
Children attending must be of similar age i.e. no more than two school years apart. This is to ensure children game at a similar ability level.
Gaming
Games are projected onto 60 inch screens. Children access games in groups of up to 4 and move around playing a selection of popular games.
We do not game online.
Parent/guardian
At least one parent/guardian (of the birthday child) must stay onsite. We are happy for immediate family to stay onsite however we ask that all other parents/guardians leave site.
Staff
Staff are experienced in childcare and create a welcoming environment. Staff take control of the party so the parents/guardians can sit back.

Booking and Terms
BACS payment is due within 7 days of a confirmed booking. We require 14 days cancellation notice after a confirmed booking to receive a refund minus £50 which is retained by us for administration costs. If we cancel you receive a full refund.
